Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the University of Panama in 2012. He has a Diploma in Money Laundering from the Santa María La Antigua University; a Master's Degree in Higher Teaching from the Universidad del Istmo; and a Master's Degree in Procedural Law from the Inter-American University of Panama.
On the other hand, he is an certified Real Estate Broker in Panama, through a License granted by the Technical Board of Real Estate of the Ministry of Commerce and Industries.
He worked in the Public Ministry from 1992 to 2006, holding various positions within that institution in different Prosecutor's Offices, such as Clerk, Senior Officer and Judicial Secretary.
He’s fluent in English and Spanish.
